Our Mission Statement
Student Leadership facilitates leadership development and supports student involvement creating connections for student success. We facilitate student participation in campus life through:
- A diverse and culturally rich network of student clubs
- Committee representation which empowers the student voice
- Leadership boards which provide over 60 unique paid student positions each year
Meet The Team
Our department is student lead and driven. Your participation creates the student events, activities, and decisions that impact the campus. The dedicated and hardworking staff of Student Leadership are here to help, guide, and facilitate your work. You can find out more about us here.
We want you to learn how to navigate our college efficiently and effectively so that you can reach your educational goals. The Student Handbook was designed by students as a tool to support you while you are a student here. It contains information on everything from registration to resources on campus.
Service and Activity Budget
A small portion of each student’s tuition is designated by the state legislature and the Board of Trustees to be allocated for student programs and activities outside the classroom. These funds are allocated in such a way as to reflect the needs and interests of the greatest number of Seattle Central students with a broad spectrum of services and activities that support the mission and core values of Seattle Central College. For a complete list and more information on the allocation process, click here.
Seattle Central App
Resources such as campus events, organizations and more are just one click away on any smartphone. The Seattle Central College app enables students to perform a variety of key functions. Download the app today through Google Play or the App Store by searching “Seattle Central" or learn more about it here.
